Top-renovated 3-room apartment with balcony in Münster

Dear interested parties,

We offer a top renovated 3-room apartment with built-in kitchen, hallway, bathroom and balcony near the University of Münster.

This inviting apartment on the first floor offers a well-thought-out layout on 67 square meters with three rooms (22 sqm, 16 sqm and 11 sqm). The upscale fittings ensure a pleasant living experience, ideally complemented by the private balcony. An already existing fitted kitchen with dishwasher as well as an associated cellar room provide practical comfort for everyday life. In addition, the apartment is ideal for, for example, student shared flats. Pets are not allowed in this property.

A washing machine will be purchased if needed. Further furnishings of the apartment, e.g. furniture, beds etc., will be arranged if necessary after consultation.

The apartment is located in the lively Rumphorst district in Münster, which is characterized by its good connection to the city center and the university. The infrastructure is optimally developed thanks to regularly running bus lines. Various shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. The quarter offers a pleasant neighborhood as well as numerous green spaces that invite you to leisure activities.

The last renovation work, e.g. installation of towel radiators in the bathroom, will be completed by the end of October, so the apartment can be moved into immediately.

Best regards
