We are a real estate agency based in Iraq, specialised in helping people make the move to Germany.
Renting in Germany from abroad is not a search problem. It is a process problem. The market runs in German, the paperwork runs in German, and a landlord holding forty applications answers the one that arrives complete, correct and in his own language. Someone applying from Erbil, Dubai or Cairo is not competing on the apartment. They are competing on the process.
So we run the process. We approach the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arrange and attend the viewing, and negotiate the terms. We prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language. And we assemble the documents a German landlord expects before holding an apartment for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit.
Our network is what makes that possible. We work with owners, letting agents and property managers across the German cities we cover, and we know which documents each of them insists on and in what order. Whatever comes up, we have a route to it.
