Hello!
We are offering partially furnished rooms to male, Catholic students right in the middle of Kreuzviertel!
You will live together with a total of ten students spread over two floors in the house, with usually two residents sharing one bathroom. The rooms are equipped with a desk and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a very well-equipped communal kitchen on each floor. A washing machine and dryer are also available to every resident. Fiber optic internet via WLAN or LAN, electricity, and water are already included in the rent. The final rent depends on the size of the room and ranges between €225 and €290 per month.
On the ground floor, there are common rooms as well as a cozy bar area of our fraternity. For a small fee, you have the option to participate in the delicious lunch (Mon - Fri), freshly prepared every day by our cook.
If you are new to Münster and not yet familiar with the city and university, you will not be alone here. Together with the other freshmen in the house, you can explore everything! The slightly older residents will gladly support you, even if you have questions about your studies.

The shared apartment is centrally located in the sought-after Kreuzviertel north of the Promenade. The faculties can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes, as can the city center. Nearby, there is a Rewe supermarket, numerous bakeries, and the York-Center. Many popular restaurants are also within walking distance. A bus stop is located directly at the house.
