Hello, I am Dilan (m/nb)
I am looking for a new flatmate starting immediately.
The apartment is a total of 65 m² and your room has an area of 12.55 m². Shared use includes a fully equipped kitchen of 8.6 m², the hallway of 7.7 m², and the bathroom of 5.6 m² with a bathtub. (and a balcony of 5.3 m², which can be accessed through my room.) Additionally, my room is also somewhat intended as a common room, unless I want my peace. (There is not much space in the basement, but a few "SMALL THINGS" can surely find a corner there.)
In our apartment, many things are voice-controlled via Amazon Alexa. There is also a speaker in the bathroom for listening to music. We also have a rain shower in the bathroom and a hairdryer is available if needed. In your room, if you like, an Echo Dot/Pop (Alexa) can also be placed.

You sit down in a made bed and the robot vacuum does the rest... that's it, but at least it takes some of the tedious work off you.
Apart from bed linen and towels, everything is provided.
