Hello,
I am looking for a nice female roommate. Move-in date from 01.10.2026. I am limiting the contract to 1 year, but it can be extended.
I am renting out my third room, which includes a bed and a chest of drawers. The room can be furnished however you like. I would then possibly remove the furniture. There is enough space here. For shared use, I offer the kitchen including all imaginable appliances as well as the bathroom with a bathtub and the living room.
Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer available.
It takes about 10 minutes to the popular Schanzenviertel by bus/bike or car. Ottensen is an urban district and there are also great cafes, bars and restaurants or shops to explore here. Basically, we are located in Altona.
I would be happy to have a roommate around my age. 26-34 years. I am already working, so if you don't party every day, that would be good :D
