I currently rent and live in the apartment myself and am now looking for an individual or a couple to take over my place and the rental contract. To clarify: this is a personal search for a new tenant, I am looking for someone to take over my rental contract and am not offering someone else's apartment for rent.
The apartment is ideal for a single person but also very suitable for a couple. It is located in a fantastic location, only about a 5-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof subway station, offering excellent public transport connections and a quick and easy link to the city.
