Do you want to start your studies in Paderborn not just with an apartment, but become part of an open and active community right away? Then our student house might be just the right thing for you.

In our house, *six students* live together. Each has their own apartment with plenty of privacy, at the same time, communal life plays a big role. Whether cooking together, studying, movie nights or just an after-work beer, here you will quickly find connection.

You live in your own, locked apartment with:

* private bathroom (shower & toilet)

* own kitchenette

* furnished living and sleeping area

* fast internet

You can retreat anytime and still have the opportunity to be part of the house life at any time.

Location
The location is hard to beat: it is only *2 minutes on foot* to the *University of Paderborn*. The **Südring-Center* with supermarket, bakery, drugstore, pharmacy and various snack bars is also reachable within a few minutes on foot.

Shared flat life
The heart of the house are the common rooms:

* a large communal kitchen for cooking together

* a cozy bar room as a meeting point

* a large hall for movie nights, game nights, barbecue evenings or other joint activities

The house lives from its community. Many former residents also regularly visit after their studies, as do friends and guests. Therefore, there is almost always something going on, sometimes you meet spontaneously for a coffee, sometimes cook together or watch a movie, and occasionally there is a cozy pub evening or a smaller party.

As a house resident, you are of course always warmly invited to join in. At the same time, no one has to participate. Those who prefer to enjoy their peace or concentrate on their studies can retreat to their own apartment at any time. Thus, the house combines a lively community with the privacy of your own apartment.
