The rooms: The largest unit is around 29 m² and consists of two connected rooms. In addition, there is a room of just under 25 m², one with 22 m² and balcony access, one with 14 m² and one with just over 11 m². The kitchen is separate and at just under 20 m² large enough for a dining table.
The apartment is partially furnished, the kitchen is equipped and ready to use immediately. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
Available from November for about 10 to 11 months, so until August or September. The exact date can be arranged.
We prefer to rent to one main tenant who sublets the other rooms themselves. Subletting is contractually permitted, so you can choose your flatmates yourselves. 300€ additional costs are calculated for 3 residents. It is also possible to make a 5-person shared flat.
