Cool Apartment with Private Bathroom (Shower & WC) and Shared Kitchen Use

Room
The room contains a double bed (1.40 m wide), an armchair, and a desk. For clothes, there is a coat rack and a large dresser available. Behind a glass wall is the private bathroom with shower/WC. The kitchenette in the shared anteroom has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic cooktops, oven, and sink. Dishes and cooking utensils are available, as well as a kettle and coffee machine. The washing machine and dryer are also located here, along with a small bistro table with 2 chairs.

Lockable bicycle cellar and a parking space in the courtyard available on request (not included in the price).

I use the apartment myself, so this is not a professional rental. However, since I am often abroad, I am looking for interim tenants to whom I can entrust my gem.

Location
Prime location in the eastern old town of Rostock, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, the city harbor, and only 5 minutes on foot to the pedestrian zone. The main train station is four tram stops or 20 minutes on foot away. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes. Green areas are only 10 minutes on foot. With the S-Bahn, you can reach the beach in Warnemünde in about 20 minutes directly.

Shared Apartment Life
Actually, it is not a classic shared apartment. These are 2 micro apartments that share a kitchen but are otherwise completely autonomous. Encounters are therefore limited to the kitchen. The second micro apartment also has only one tenant. No pets. Non-smokers. Great care is taken with cleanliness in the shared kitchen area. Use of the washing machine and dryer is not allowed after 10 p.m.

I am generally always reachable if any problems arise. I can also provide information on other questions about the city, the surrounding area, what to do and see. If needed, I can also provide a bicycle with a lock. Otherwise, everything is quite practical and easy to handle. Of course, there is a personal introduction during key handover.
