Our popular serviced D-partments are now also available in the heart of Dortmund. From late summer, we will open our new building at Kampstraße 96 in Dortmund.
Living in Dortmund - Stylish and completely carefree
All D-partments feature cozy box spring beds (1.40m x 2.00m), timeless designer furniture, and modern bathrooms with rain showers, leaving nothing to be desired but plenty of room for individuality. And because living space does not end in the D-partments, we have also thought of various places for nice weather. All apartments have a balcony, and the ground floor D-partments have a small terrace.
The apartment is located centrally in Dortmund city center. Thanks to the inner-city connection, daily necessities and public transport are quickly and easily accessible.
We are convinced that carefree living also requires a flexible landlord. Already in the first preliminary discussion, we find out which of our offers suits you and your needs. We are open to wishes and know (almost) no limits when it comes to your feel-good atmosphere. You have a fixed contact person for everything and can focus on the important things: your plans, your job, your friends and family.
The monthly rent is a flat rate of 830,- EUR.
Flat rate means that all additional costs such as heating, internet, water and electricity are included.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
