Description
Our residential complex, built in 2003, consists of four buildings each with only 2 floors. The apartment features a large balcony and conveniently a fitted kitchen with appliances that remain in the apartment (for details and important information, please see under "Equipment"). The bright, light-flooded apartment impresses among other things with its optimal layout. Due to the particularly high-quality window glazing with increased sound insulation, you will not experience any significant noise disturbances inside the apartment despite the proximity to the airport. A larger basement room is included. An outdoor parking space for only 20 EUR per month and/or a garage parking space for 100.00 EUR per month with direct (dry) access from the house can be optionally rented (this is not an obligation!).

The city center in Raunheim with shopping facilities, restaurants, etc. is only a few minutes on foot. Close to the airport. Good transport connections within a few minutes walk: bus, S-Bahn, A3 and A67 to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Groß Gerau etc.
