The apartment was completely renovated in 2016: real wood long plank flooring was sanded and sealed, walls and ceilings as well as electrical installations were renewed, new interior and apartment doors installed, and new flooring laid in the kitchen.
We ideally wish for occupancy by 2 to 3 persons. The other apartments are mostly occupied by single persons.
