The focus is on a self-determined and independent lifestyle without a nursing home character in a communicative environment. The residential complex is completely barrier-free with high-quality equipment and furnishings. The use of the spacious communal areas is already included in the rent for all residents.
All 75 apartments between 52, 107 sqm have separate living and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The wheelchair-accessible bathroom is equipped with a threshold-free shower with seat and grab bar, wall toilet, washbasin, mirror, and connections for washing machine and dryer.
