Further: The available rooms are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of our old building in the middle of Rostock. High ceilings, large windows and the southern exposure provide plenty of light. From the rooms, you look out onto our large garden with an orchard, quite quiet for an apartment in the city.

Our house is located on Richard-Wagner-Straße in Rostock city center. It takes about two minutes to walk to Steintor and the nearest tram stop.

From here you can reach:

City center and Neuer Markt in about 10 minutes on foot

Shopping facilities in about 5 minutes

Südstadt and Ulmen campus in less than 15 minutes

University hospital in a maximum of about 20 minutes

Almost all Rostock university locations by bike in under 10 minutes

You are also well connected in the evening. The night bus lines stop practically at the door.

And if after university, studying and exams you want the Baltic Sea instead of the lecture hall: Warnemünde, beach, IOW and university are also easily reachable by tram and S-Bahn.

Shared flat life
With us you don't live next to each other, but together!

We are not a classic functional shared flat where you meet in the bathroom in the morning and otherwise hardly know each other. Those who live with us should find connection and not spend their study time alone between lecture hall and desk.

We cook together, grill in the garden, watch movies, do sports, sit in the evening on the terrace or at our bar and do things together. There are also trips, travels and so on.
