Each apartment is equipped with a 24/7 emergency call system.

A DRK base is located directly opposite on the other side of the street.

Additional services can be booked separately.

This allows seniors to manage their daily lives independently in assisted living.

On the ground floor, there is a common room of about 88 m², which residents can use as a meeting place or for celebrations. Additionally, there is a laundry and drying room on the ground floor.

A large covered parking area for 56 cars is also located on the ground floor. Another 7 parking spaces are available outdoors.
