Hi! Nice that you are stopping by. I am renting out my beautiful 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor in Hannover Vahrenwald-List. The special thing here: Although you live centrally, you look both to the front and into the courtyard at tall, green trees.

Kitchen: Easy-care vinyl floor with high-quality Schüller fitted kitchen.
Extra: A private, dry basement compartment is of course also included.
Furniture & equipment:
Fitted kitchen (purchase): This is a Schüller kitchen with branded built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop, a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, a built-in washing machine, and a microwave in a fold-down compartment with steam cooking and grill function. A small dining table is also included. The kitchen is about 12 years old but very well maintained and shows hardly any signs of use. It will be handed over to you for 3,000 €.
Corner wardrobe (free loan): In the bedroom there is a large, high-quality wardrobe with a walk-in corner and mirror. I leave it to you as a free loan in the apartment (if I need it in a few years, I would pick it up with fair notice).
Other furniture: There are various other pieces of furniture in the apartment. Although mostly old or of rather inexpensive quality, they are absolutely functional. If you want, you can buy them very cheaply and save yourself a lot of carrying.
