I am looking for a new tenant for my quiet 2-room apartment with a view of greenery in the Berg am Laim district, with 53 square meters and 2 balconies (east/south), whom I can propose to my landlord.
Move-in date: 1.10.
The kitchen belongs to the landlord and is included in the price. The apartment includes a parking space which must be rented for 60€. The doors in the apartment are very narrow, so standard-sized washing machines do not fit through. Therefore, I would like to give my washing machine to the new tenant. A basement compartment is available.
The landlord prefers a single person, private liability insurance and household insurance are required.
Halserspitzstraße is located in the Munich district of Berg am Laim, characterized by a mix of residential and commercial areas. Public transport connections are ensured by the U2 subway line, as well as bus lines 139 and 185 and tram line 21.
