1-Room Apartment / Co-Living - First Occupancy After Conversion
Innenstadt, Dortmund
€ 825
Description
With the conversion of an old evening secondary school, we have created potential for new living space in the densely populated Unionviertel. The exterior appearance of the school remains, except for new balconies. After new external insulation, the facade was restored to its original state in the same color scheme. The main entrance doors and the floors in the corridors were also refurbished and remain preserved. Basement rooms were integrated in the lower floor.
The modern co-living apartments combine thoughtful design with high-quality fittings in a compact space. Each unit has its own kitchenette, a separate toilet, and an elegant shower bathroom. White walls and a high-quality vinyl floor with a wood look create a bright, friendly atmosphere.
The offer is complemented by a stylishly designed common room with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, ideal for shared cooking evenings. A communal washing machine within the apartment is also available.
The apartments combine compact living with urban comfort, ready to move in, high-quality, and versatile. The living area is approximately 32.32 m². Additionally, the tenant has a proportional usage right to the communal areas, so the total area amounts to 61.10 m².
The Unionviertel in Dortmund is characterized by its unique mix of urban living, historic buildings, green spaces, and a vibrant cultural environment. It is located close to the city center and is excellently connected to various transport routes, making the location very attractive for commuters.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
