I am offering my beautiful and cozy 1.5-room apartment in an absolutely prime location for subletting from 01.10. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Severinstraße and impresses above all with its ideal, central location and excellent connections.
As mentioned above, payment of the deduction is required before signing the rental contract, which includes:
- Kitchen including appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, stove), all furniture, lamp and refrigerator
- PAX wardrobe

Viewings will take place this weekend and must be conducted by the renting person themselves. As the tenant, I only make a preliminary selection; the final decision is made by the landlord herself.
Severinstraße with its countless shopping opportunities is directly adjacent. The Südstadt with its many beautiful cafés, restaurants and bars is also nearby (Chlodwigplatz only a few minutes on foot). The city center is about 20 minutes, the Rhine about 10 minutes away on foot.
The connection to public transport is also unbeatable: The stops Ulrepforte and Severinstraße are each reachable within a few minutes on foot.
