You'll find us in Hansaviertel, a cool, central neighborhood in the city known for its young and multicultural energy. There are loads of different restaurants to try, and you'll see tons of bikes around, making this a really lively area.
Inside POHA House, you can choose the studio that's just right for you, each one has everything you need with the ideal level of privacy. Plus, we've got plenty of cosy community spaces, including a spacious terrace where you can chill out, get some work done, or even squeeze in a workout.
Stepping outside, you'll have easy access to awesome places to eat and grab a drink, fun nightlife spots to explore, and the popular Aasee lake is just a short hop away for hanging out with friends.

What you need to know:
- Minimum contract term is 12 months with a 3-month notice or a 6-month minimum contract with a 100 EUR monthly increase.
- Deposit is equal to 2 months' rent or a deposit insurance with our partner Rentcard
- All-inclusive rent: Includes all utilities, electricity, WiFi, regular events and access to community spaces such as a coworking area, lounge and more!
